From concept to construction, how we work is we use our talent and skills to build the highest quality standards in the business. There are key principles that guide our approach to the building process. Among them are:
Be Reliable
“Do what you say” is a mantra at Wateredge. You should be able to form reasonable expectations based on the information we provide. We schedule once-a-week meetings with you and keep them throughout your project. Our goal is to receive and deliver timely communication to keep the project moving forward.
Make it Safe
You should always feel safe and secure when you’re at home and this is a priority for Wateredge. Entry keys are secured in lockboxes and returned at the end of each work day. When children or family pets are around, we stay alert to their safety. We want to know the house rules – and follow them.
Keep it Clean
Remodeling is a mess, there’s no doubt about it, but we minimize the inconvenience by planning for it. We put up barriers to shield you, your family, and your belongings from construction dust and debris, and we clean up at the end of each day. Our tools and materials are stacked and organized to give order to our work space and separate it from your living space.
